Tonight I was making chicken and rice. I set the timer for the rice and popped the chicken in the preheated oven. When the timer beeped I hit the off button.
Twice
Turning the oven off.
Something I didn't realize until I wondered why the chicken wasn't getting any warmer.
And while the glass of wine did not cause the problem it is making it easier to get over.
