Some of my friends have decided to take up running and have persuaded me to join them. I have my doubts about this. I'm not a runner. I'm barely a walker. But peer pressure has won out and I going to at least make an attempt.
Tonight as prep Michael and I took Tallulah on a 40min walk. The thought is is I can walk every evening for a minimum of thirty minuets than soon I'll be able to run for 10 to 20 min at a time without dying.
