I am super excited about the Margarita Jello* I picked up today. I'm making the frozen sparkling kind with Sprite. As soon as it sets I'm digging in!
*don't worry it is non-alcoholic, though for about the first time in my life I really, really want a drink. Oh, well next year at this time I'll be sipping a Marg, instead of eating a fake one with a spoon.
UPDATE: Well, it's good. It's margarita-y. What I can't get over is how it looks like ecto-plasm. I kind of expect Slimer to appear out of it at any moment.
