Saturday
Lunch: BBQ sandwiches (with leftover pot roast), Chips and Strawberries Yummy! BBQ made from left over Pot Roast is always delish.
Dinner: Dinner Out!
Sunday:
Lunch: BLT with S&C (Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato with Spinach and Cheese), Fruit Salad I added a little Ranch Dressing for some zing and they were great. The fruit salad was fantastic.
Dinner: Monte Cristos, Asparagus Soup I love this meal. Asparagus Soup was a hit. Both Greyson and Michael ate it without complaint.
Monday:
Lunch: Jambalya or Chicken sandwich (leftovers from weekend), Fruit Salad I think I ended up with a chicken wrap.
Dinner: Roasted Chicken, Salad with Hard Boiled Eggs, Carrots and Cucumber This was a great salad.
Lunch: Chicken Wraps,
Dinner: Chicken Alfredo Pasta with Veggies and Veggie pasta Adding Broccoli to the Alfredo was a great way to get extra veggies in.
Wednesday:
Lunch: Pasta or Sandwiches Leftover Pasta - it reheated better than I expected
