Recipe: Easy Quinoa

For Alexa

  • Bring 1 and 1/4 cups liquid (water or broth) to a boil.
  • Add 1 cup rinsed Quinoa and give it a good stir.
  • Let Boil for about a min, then cover and reduce heat to simmer.
  • Let simmer for about 20 min or until water is gone.
  • Then add a little butter and fluff with a fork.
