Clearly not holy

So I almost passed out and threw up in church today. That doesn't seem like a good sign to me.
Really it was a combination of hot day, kneeling and lucky charms for breakfast. All sugar, no nutrients. So we left mass just before the Our Fathers and we'll just have to go with the host this week.
Now that I'm home with a glass of Gatorade and some crackers I'm feeling much better..though worried about what getting all woozy at church says about me....
