m: What is that?
M: It smells like wet dog.
m: And old feet.
M: Go smell Tallulah, did she get into something?
m: Nope, she smells good
M: Bleck, what is that? (smells the eggs cooking on the stove) Nope their fine.
Toast pops up - smell gets worse.
m: Oh, I think it's the toast
M: Yeah, it's the toast, that bread was pretty old.
The bread was in fact moldy. Moldy smell worse once toasted.
