successful baking

While I cook a lot there is one thing that has always eluded me.
Chocolate Chip Cookies.
I have never made a really good Chocolate Chip Cookie. Oatmeal, easy. Molasses, yep. Chocolate Chip, nope. They always turn out poorly - flat and too crispy and greasy.
Until tonight.
Tonight I made perfect, chewy and delicious cookies. Frankly, it's about time.
