It's Spring and Spring means storms. The thunder was so loud a few nights ago that sleep was impossible. IMPOSSIBLE!It is on the brink of storming again - grey skies and the occasional drops of rain, a distance roll of thunder. I'm just waiting for the deluge.
I do like a good thunder storm, but I was really hoping to plant some flowers this evening and our sodding keeps getting pushed back due to the weather. Oh well, April showers bring May flowers.
The deluge has begun - fat raindrops that leave large puddles in the yard. Even with the recently installed french drain it cannot be absorbed quickly enough.
