I just finished reading that book a few weeks ago for the umpteenth time and it's still one of my very, very favorites. I'd forgotten how delicious Gilbert was in the series. Yum. ;)
My favorite is that they manage to tell the entire Anne/Gilbert story within that song. Brilliant, I say, BRILLIANT!
