Pot Roasting

I got up early this morning and put a pot roast in the crock pot. Something about searing meat first thing in the morning was really nice. It made the house smell warm and inviting...like fall.

Here's to the beginning of autumn! Let's just try to ignore that fact that it is 80 degrees outside.
