Aiming for 30 days!
So today as an early birthday gift I got the Wii Fit Plus. I'm loving it already. I did a 20 min workout, a combo of yoga and strength training with a few balance games tossed in. I'm setting a goal of working out for 20 to 30 min everyday for the next 30 days. Hopefully it will become habit and I'll keep it up so this time next year (when I'm about to turn 30!) I'll be in great shape!
