Sunday
Lunch: Chicken Sandwiches, Chips
Dinner: Beef and Veggie Stir-fry

Monday
Lunch: Leftover Stir-Fry
Dinner: Pasta with Meat Sauce and Shredded Veggies, Side Salad, French Bread

Tuesday
Lunch: Leftover Pasta
Dinner: Parmesan Tilapia (I use Ranch Dressing instead of Mayo), Orzo and Veggies

Wednesday
Lunch: Sandwiches, Chips, Fruit Slices
Dinner: Brats on the Grill, Asparagus, Kiwi

Thursday
Lunch: Brats, Chips and Applesauce
Dinner: Ham and Cheese Quiche

Friday
Lunch: Quiche or Sandwiches
Dinner: Baked Potatoes with Bacon and Cheese
