Okay, so deciding specific meals for specific days just didn't work for our family. So this week I just made a list of meals, made sure we had everything we needed to make them and then we just decided what we wanted to eat on that day.

Frozen Pizza and Salad
Pot Roast with Carrots and Potatoes
Barbecue Beef Sandwiches, Salad and Fruit
Spicy Sweet Potato and Chicken Stew
